I have no where to click to get to mail waiting to be sent. Am I missing something? Anyway I was bumped off line in the middle of writing a detailed email and would like to get back to that place.

Thanks
Lee

There are messages waiting to be sent. I do not remember this step before. The numerals are the
only change I would have made. Now it will not
clear so that I can access mail to be sent.

I saved my original aol password years ago and don't even remember what it was. Now I can't send my mail waiting without a password. If this is a new feature of aol, I don't like it and would like to know why a password is even required.

Not only is AOL not responding, when I go to keyword, there is nothing even there about mail waiting to be sent. Maybe we need to change carriers, I know a couple of people that already have.

The on-line technical support just helped me. This should work for you, that is if you want to disable the feature that requires a password for you to access your mail waiting to be sent. First go to keyword and find STORE PASSWORD when that screen opens up uncheck the MAIL SAVED box then click SAVE. You can then get to your mail waiting to be sent.. Hurray!!!

I too was locked out of my files for a long time when I finally figured it out ~ here's what you do: To change the password that you need to access your "mail waiting to be sent" go to "passwords" in the AOL search box. There you will find a place where you can change your sign-on password AND your filing cabinet password. The filing cabinet password can be different or the same as your sign-on password and it will also open your "mail waiting to be sent" file. Hope that helps all! Happy emailing! Pegisue :)

mail you're concerned about and hit send....
