The problem is only for normal user accounts. Everything seems to work as it used to when using ssh as root.
I don't have file known_hosts in ~/.ssh/. It should prompt me and add
new hosts and create this file but this doesn't happen (I try using the account root, and works).

What could be causing the problems?
