I faced a problem that a Sun 450 box with 2.6 Solaris that telnet/ping
The telnet sessions was on before this problem kept working with not problem, console showing the cursor as a dot in the screen and it moving a xros the screen when mouse moves.

I cannot call it as a system crash, because I can feel that system working perfect but not allowing a new telnet session, so I break the to the console and reboot the box. After rebooting I checked system been checked and every thing is perfect.

Did any one faced such a case like this, please let me know how/why this happened and the steps to avoid it in later on.
