install the bos.adt.base fileset

# which_fileset make
/usr/bin/make -> /usr/ccs/bin/make bos.adt.base 4.3.1.0
/usr/ccs/bin/make bos.adt.base 4.3.1.0

: I am quite new to AIX4.3.3(RS6000) and installed it according to installation manual( our machine is F50). I thought "make" utility should exist by default, but I could not find it.

: I would appreciate it if some guru could give suggestion/assistance.
