ps -efP would add the PSR column
You can use top find which processor is running the process at the moment.
However, this won't help you much as the processes are dynamically dispatch
to any cpu that is idle.
You might want to disable the cpu one by one to catch which cpu
is causing the problem, you can disable the cpu by using the command
psradm -f cpu#
